Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Estimates

• Shipping estimates at checkout are for when the order has been picked up by the shipping service.
• Some orders will be sent through USPS even though UPS is the only available shipping option.

 

Shipping Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

 

Delays

• Shipping delays may occur during high-volume periods.
• Delays may also occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.
